As of 06/30/2012, this chapter will be updated periodically as these applications are developed further and new applications are added.

 

Listed below are the System Utilities that provide specific functionality for targeted purposes.
1.Alarm Stack - Stand-alone application that provides a complete (or optionally, a filtered) list of Alarms Signals currently available for processing, or actually being processed in your Central Station.
2.All Events - Stand-alone application that provides a continuously updated list of the Alarm Signals and Events being processed in your Central Station.
3.Back Up Database - Facilitates making backups, is the MKMS Backup Database File utility within the MKMS application.
4.Barcode Scanner - Provides the process to configure the Metrologic Voyager USB Barcode Scanner to work with MKMS.
5.Connection Manager - Stand-alone application that is used to properly "link" your individual Company databases to the MKMS Sybase Database Engine.
6.Dealer View - This chapter will become available when this application is developed.
7.DYMO Labels - Address Labeling machine installation and usage instructions.
8.Manual Signal Application is linked with SPA (Version 5.0.28.341 or greater) and the Communication Module will allow an Operator - or any other trained staff person - to answer telephone calls (the person requesting access is usually calling from a special exterior phone provided for this purpose) from individuals requesting access to a Subscriber's premises and manage those requests properly.
9.MKS API is a File Server based Service that allows a User to remotely Add and Update Subscriber and Account Testing data. This chapter is Under Development and will be updated periodically as this application is developed further.
10.MKS Backup Utility -  This is a Stand-alone application that allows you to create one (or two) Backups of the MKMS program Databases and schedule these to occur one or more times per day automatically.
11.MKS Cluster is an application which synchronizes real time database backup between multiple File Servers and monitors the database server. This chapter is Under Development and will be updated periodically as this application is developed further.
12.MKS Database Console Management utility provides several types of database related information, displayed on four (4) tabs, as well as the Adaptive Server Anywhere® Network Server log.
13.MKS Phone Interface utility is provided for an Operator (or any User) who wants to manually dial a telephone number using the internal Modem installed on their local PC workstation.
14.MKS Purge Utility -  This is a Stand-alone application that allows you to specify the types of Accounts, what Alarm Conditions, and which Dealer's Alarm History are to be purged, and also provides the means to delete the Audit Trail files, as well.
15.MKS SecurVoice - This chapter is Under Development and will be updated periodically as this application is developed further.
16.Multiple Companies -  The stand-alone application for those who operate Multiple Companies and want to use the same accounting, service management, and inventory tracking application, while also sharing Employees for some tasks, and to improve the operational efficiency of, while reducing training requirements for, those businesses.
17.My View/Pay Point - This chapter, describing this part of the My View/Pay Point application, will be updated periodically as this application is developed.
18.Report Builder - This application is not supported at this time but support is available from a Third-Party supplied.
19.Universal Email Update - The Universal Email Update utility provides an easy to use Email Address Search & Replace dialog.
20.Update Forms Table - Installs the Forms.txt file that includes the internal instructions for installing the additional Form Names that are included with a major new upgrade.
21.Validate Databases - Validate your database structure(s).
22.Validate Documents - This is the Validate Documents Form that allows the User to Confirm the existence (or lack of the same) of all - or selected type(s) of - Form(s), View the contents of these Form(s) and Remove them from thee List of previously identified and assigned Documents.
23.Videofied Direct View - Under Development - This chapter will be updated periodically as this application is integrated into MKMSCS.
24.Web View - Under Development - This chapter will be updated periodically as this application is developed.
