The Global Call List feature is provided to expand, as appropriate, the immediately available sources of Contact Information that an Operator has available while Processing a Signal for a Subscriber, by incorporating a Dealer's list of People To Call, an Alternate Call List (assigned within the Subscriber Panel's section of the Central Station Data Form), and the normal set of People To Call defined for the CSID which is reporting the Signal.
This feature is particularly useful when coupled with Action Plans , often implemented to ensure the proper handling of special Alarm Signal and Supervised Event situations.
By having a broader array of People To Call available for Notification, the Operator has a better opportunity to successfully Complete the Signal Processing requirements during the initial handling of the Signal.

Understanding how the correct Notification sequence (proper Calling Order) of the available People To Call (and in certain cases the Global Call List) is determined when Processing an Alarm Signal:
When an Operator is required to make the Notification call(s) for an Alarm Signal (s)he is Processing, a specific Calling Order in which those Notification Calls should be made, may be specifically defined.
Based on the Alarm Signal being processed and the type of Alarm Condition that is being reported, that Calling Order in which the Subscriber's list of People To Call, and/or Global Call List entries, should be contacted, may be quite different.
Therefore, different Calling Orders need to be available, and these Calling Orders must be easy to define, when needed.
To accommodate this requirement, for Notification purposes, there are several ways to set and choose the Calling Order of the list of People To Call and/or Global Call List entries.
This Calling Order may be established for every Subscriber Panel CSID installed for every Subscriber - on a case by case basis - as outlined below:
1.The default sequence in which People To Call records were originally entered for a Subscriber Panel CSID.
2.The revised sequence established for a Subscriber Panel CSID using this Call Order Form.
3.The specific Calling Order established as a Conditions Call List for a specified Subscriber Panel CSID and Alarm Condition.
All Global Call List entries which are available for this Subscriber Panel CSID may be used.
4.The specific Calling Order established for an individual CSID Zone entered for a Subscriber Panel CSID.
All Global Call List entries available for this Subscriber Panel CSID may be used.
5.The specific Calling Order established for an individual CSID Zone Override record entered for a Subscriber Panel CSID.
All Global Call List entries available for this Subscriber Panel CSID may be used.
6.The Calling Order established in the CSID Zone Default Call List (CALL DEF) record entered for a Subscriber Panel CSID.
All Global Call List entries available for this Subscriber Panel CSID may be used.

Overview of the Global Call List:
There are three Forms into which the Contact Information, that will be available for the Global Call List, may be entered for each Subscriber:
1.People To Call - This is the Form that is used to enter each Subscriber's list of People To Call.
This Contact Information includes multiple types of Telephone Numbers (Home, Work, Cellular, etc.), Email addresses and Pager information (if using the Communications Module), and each Contact's Passcode, and User #, which may be used by an Operator to Confirm that the person that answers, is the designated Contact.
Note: Instead of repeatedly entering People To Call information for those Subscribers with multiple CSIDs, you may use the Master CSID feature, instead (see 2, b. below).
2.Subscriber Panel - In addition to entering the CSIDs (and related information) for the Subscriber, the Subscriber Panel(s) section on the Central Station Data Form may identify  additional Call List sets:

a.A Conditions Call List which allows for the definition of a specified set and calling order of People To Call based on the identified Alarm Condition Code.
b.An Alternate People To Call List which is entered as a CSID in the Alt.Call List field which attaches that Alternate CSID's People To Call list to this Subscriber Panel's CSID record.
c.A Master CSID assignment, which attaches the People To Call (plus the CSID Zones and Events) entered for a different CSID being monitored for this Subscriber, to this Subscriber Panel's CSID record in lieu of entering People To Call specifically for this CSID.
d.When using the Master CSID feature, the Call Order established for the Master CSID, and the individual Call Order defined for specific CSID Zones entered for that Master CSID, are also attached.
3.Dealer - If a Subscriber is being monitored for a Dealer that has a CSID assigned in the Dealer Form's Call List field, and that assigned CSID has People To Call defined, the Dlr Call List button will be activated.
Therefore, each Alarm Dealer may enter an optional Subscriber's CSID (typically in the Special Subscriber record that is entered for that Dealer) in the Call List field on the Dealer Form.
Assigning that CSID automatically attaches that Dealer's list of People To Call to the Alarm Dealer record.
The result is that any Subscriber which is being monitored for a Dealer that has CSID assigned in the Dealer Form's Call List field, and that CSID has People To Call defined, those People To Call will also become part of the Subscriber's Global Call List.

Understanding the operational impact of these Global Call List resources:
The Global Call List resources for People To Call, which are outlined above, become Contacts in the Available To Call list on the Subscriber's CSID Zone, CSID Zone Override, and CSID Zone Default Call List Form.
Therefore, the Call Order list in the CSID Zone, CSID Zone Override, and CSID Zone Default Call List Forms may be populated using all of these Global Call List Contacts.
The result is that for every CSID Zone, CSID Zone Override, and CSID Zone Default Call List record, it is possible to establish a list of Contacts and the appropriate calling sequence of that Call List (its Calling Order) that is to be available for each Active Signal, by using one, some or all of those Contacts made available as Global Call List resources for each Subscriber.

Using the available Contacts in the Global Call List:
Whenever an Alarm Signal is received from the Subscriber Panel's CSID, the People To Call List that will be available for the Operator to make Contact calls may include one or more of the following.
The Subscriber's own list of People To Call and those from the Master CSID (these contacts are labeled as Standard).
If assigned, any Alternate Call List of contacts (these contacts are labeled as Alternate).
If assigned, the Dealer's designated People To Call List (these contacts are labeled as Dealer).
When using the Sub Info (F2) screen to reference this Subscriber Panel's CSID, the Operator will have, in addition to the Subscriber's regular People To Call, additional access to an Alternate Call List and a Dealer's designated list of People To Call, if they are defined.
The Subscriber's People To Call list is shown on the General tab in the Call List section of the Sub Info (F2) Form.
Any Alternate Call List assigned in Subscriber Panels will be shown on an optional Alternate tab in the Call List section of the Sub Info (F2) Form.
Any Dealer's designated list of People To Call will be shown on an optional Dealer tab in the Call List section of the Sub Info (F2) Form.
