Central Station Monitoring module Users will need to access several selections on the Subscribers Form's General menu and complete the required data entry assignments.
These data entry assignments are categorized as follows:

Optional Entries & Utilities

Required Entries: These four options should be accessed - and updated as needed - before using the Monitoring Module:
1.Monitoring - The Monitoring Icon opens the Subscriber's Central Station Data Form (see What's Next? below) and the associated Subscriber Panels section, and provides access to the Events, CSID Zones, and People To Call Forms (among others) - used to define that Monitoring Module related data.
2.Contracts - If this is a Monitored System, enter one of the predefined Monitoring Contract types for this Subscriber.
3.Insurance - Used to record the insurance related information required for the issuance of an Alarm Certificate (also see Insurance Information).
4.Scheduled Reports - The Scheduled Reports Icon will only be displayed if you are a registered user of the Communication Module.

 

Optional Entries and Utilities: These three options may be accessed - and updated as needed - while using the Monitoring Module:
1.Equipment - The Equipment Form allows you to precisely define each of a Subscriber's system components and print, at will, a complete list of their installed equipment.
2.History - The Universal Account History Form provides a complete and immediate listing of the (among others) Alarm History that exists for the selected Subscriber.
3.Documents - Save documents, contracts and installation plans for the Subscriber file.

 

What's Next?
Complete all of the Monitoring related information such as the Central Station Data Form and Subscriber Panels, (Central Station Data Form provides access to the Events, CSID Zones, and People To Call Forms (among others).
Complete the remaining Required Entries outlined above (i.e., Contracts and Insurance;  and Scheduled Reports only if using the Communication Module).
Complete all of the data sub-sets available in the Forms Menu on the Central Station Data Form (e.g., Events, CSID Zones, People To Call, etc.).
Install SPA.
Test some signals using the Manual Alarm Entry Form.
