| □ | The Documents Icon on the General Quick Access Menu of the Subscribers Form allows you to connect (electronically) saved documents to a specific Subscriber record and subsequently quick access at any time. |
| • | Subscribers often have additional Documents such as Monitoring Contracts, Installation and documented system details that must be saved for future reference. |
| • | To save these Documents electronically: |
| • | Scan the Document and save it to your local Hard Disk (or on the File Server if operating on a Network). |
| • | Click the Documents Icon on the General Quick Access Menu of the Subscribers Form. |
| • | Add a Document using the Windows © Explore interface presented. |
| • | (See Documents for detailed instructions on how to Attach Documents to, and Retrieve Documents from, a Subscriber record) |
