The Documents Icon on the General Quick Access Menu of the Subscribers Form allows you to connect (electronically) saved documents to a specific Subscriber record and subsequently quick access at any time.
Subscribers often have additional Documents such as Monitoring Contracts, Installation and documented system details that must be saved for future reference.
To save these Documents electronically:
Scan the Document and save it to your local Hard Disk (or on the File Server if operating on a Network).
Click the Documents Icon on the General Quick Access Menu of the Subscribers Form.
Add a Document using the Windows © Explore interface presented.
