The MKMS Prospect Tracking System offers the same, easy to use interface as all of the other modules, and is completely integrated into the Accounts Receivable System.
It is assumed that the Accounts Receivable Maintenance information has already been completed!
If not, you must complete this Accounts Receivable Maintenance information before you start the Prospect Tracking module.
As with the other modules, there is some basic Prospect related Maintenance Information that must be entered before you can effectively use this system:
In User Options, define your Company Logo, Name and Address, your Personal Options and specific Company Options for your Proposals.
Defined the Lead Types you want to be able to track.
Define the Lead Sources you want to be able to track.
Define the Marketing Areas you want to be able to track.
Create predefined Proposal Packages for speeding the Proposal process.
Create the language that will be printed asProposal Headers and Footers.
Create Prospect Filters - as needed - so that you can quickly filter your view to only certain sets of Prospects (like Yours versus someone else's).
Create the Prospect Status codes.

 

Once you've completed this setup information, you will be able to:
Enter Prospect Information
Create Proposals
Set Re-Contact Reminders
Scan and save Documents and attach them to a Prospect's record
Track Referrals
Document all of your Calls
Maintain a detailed Prospect History
