| □ | The MKMS Prospect Tracking System offers the same, easy to use interface as all of the other modules, and is completely integrated into the Accounts Receivable System. |
| • | It is assumed that the Accounts Receivable Maintenance information has already been completed! |
| • | If not, you must complete this Accounts Receivable Maintenance information before you start the Prospect Tracking module. |
| • | As with the other modules, there is some basic Prospect related Maintenance Information that must be entered before you can effectively use this system: |
| • | In User Options, define your Company Logo, Name and Address, your Personal Options and specific Company Options for your Proposals. |
| • | Defined the Lead Types you want to be able to track. |
| • | Define the Lead Sources you want to be able to track. |
| • | Define the Marketing Areas you want to be able to track. |
| • | Create predefined Proposal Packages for speeding the Proposal process. |
| • | Create the language that will be printed asProposal Headers and Footers. |
| • | Create Prospect Filters - as needed - so that you can quickly filter your view to only certain sets of Prospects (like Yours versus someone else's). |
| • | Create the Prospect Status codes. |
