The Prospect Form has two menus, the first menu - Receivable - only has the Proposals selection.
The second menu choice is the General menu which provides several useful features to enhance the capabilities of the Prospect Tracking System.

Convert To Subscriber - Easily, and virtually automatically, export Prospect information to the Subscribers Form.
Reminders - Allows you to quickly enter a Reminder related to the currently selected Prospect.
Addresses - Define Alternate Addresses for the currently selected Prospect.
Documents - For saving additional Documents that you want to keep on file but have readily accessible for a Prospect.
Referred By - Provides a Data Entry Form to record who referred the currently selected Prospect to your Company.
History - The Universal Account History Form for the Prospect Tracking System provides a complete and immediate listing of Calls, Proposals, and Prospects, plus a Search and Print function.
Calls - Allows you to enter the time, date, comments and results of a Prospect related Telephone Call -  both Incoming and Outgoing.
Also, on the Prospect Information Form, Click the Calls Icon at the top of the Form to open the Calls dialog containing the Calls information for the selected Prospect.
