Temp Notes, entered as a result of a Subscriber call-in, an Alarm Signal or Event, a Verification Response, or some other Subscriber related situation that occurred within a Central Station, can help eliminate:
A double dispatch,
Contacting the wrong (unavailable) person,
Knowing important information like a family being on vacation, or
The business closed because of an unusual schedule change.
The Operator may (re-)open the Temp Notes dialog while Processing an Alarm - even if no active Temp Note is in effect - by Pressing Shift+F5.

Because of these type of frequently occurring situations, it is useful to be able to attach a Temporary Note to that Subscriber's record - with a starting and ending date and time within which the Temporary Note will be in effect - so the Operator handling the Signal will be reminded/notified of that situation.
When Processing an Alarm Signal, if the Subscriber has an active Temp Note (one or more Notes that are within the date and time range for when it is to be displayed) once the Alarm Signal is acknowledged, the Temp Notes dialog will be displayed automatically.
All Temp Notes will be listed.
The Active Temp Note(s) will displayed in a Bold font.
Expired (out of date) Temp Notes, if any exist, are displayed using the normal font.
