| □ | The Subscriber Information menu bar has three (3) Icons that provide immediate access to: |
Subscriber Information menu bar
| 1. | Medical - View any Medical information that has been entered for the current Subscriber or other members of the household. |
| 2. | Temp Notes - Opens the Temp Notes dialog containing all of the Temporary Notes previously entered for this Subscriber (except any that have been deleted). |
| 3. | Work Orders - Opens the Quick Work Order Form already populated with the current Subscriber's information. |
