□ | There are several Financial Reports - displayed as lists or graphs - which provide a specialized view of your General Ledger System data. |
• | The detailed explanation of each of these specialized Financial Reports is available in its associated chapter listed below. |
• | To access these Financial Reports from the Main Menu, Choose Reports and Select General Ledger where the list of General Ledger Reports will be displayed. |
• | Choose the Financial Reports option to view the sub-menu shown below. |
Financial Reports list
• | There are currently six specialized Financial Reports: |
1. | Chart of Accounts Graph - Graphs the closing Account Balance for (up to 5) selected General Ledger Accounts for a maximum of 5 years. |
2. | Chart of Accounts History - Lists the closing Account Balance and the Percentage Change from the previous year for General Ledger Accounts (for a maximum of 5 years), starting with a selected Year - with the ability to choose a specific Month within that Year - and then looking back from there - either Year over Year, or Month over Month. |
3. | Financial Summary - Graphs the Year-End General Ledger Account Balance for one selected General Ledger Group for a specified Year, or for up to a specified Date within the Current Year. |
4. | Income -vs- Expense - Graphs the Income and Expense totals by comparing the results of selected Years, or comparing a range of Months spanning one or more selected Years. |
5. | Net Worth - Graphs the Assets and Liabilities for a selected Date Range and displays the Company's Net Worth for each reported month. |
6. | Yearly Income Statement - The Yearly Income Statement provides a detailed Profit & Loss Statement for an entire (specified) calendar Year for All, or specifically selected set of (one or more) Department(s). |
