| □ | Based on certain settings, an Authorization step may be required prior to entering a Service Request or a Quick Work Order |
| ◆ | If the RestrictServiceCreation option is set to False ("F"), the User will be able to add a new Service Request or Quick Work Order with no additional authorization required. |
| ◆ | However, if the RestrictServiceCreation option is set to True ("T") in the Company Settings dialog accessed from the Company tab on the Users Options Form, when adding a new Service Request or entering a Quick Work Order: |
| • | If the current User has Accounting Administrator Rights assigned to her/him on the Security tab of the Employee Form, that User will need to Click the OK button to re-confirm authorization to make this Work Order entry. |

Authorize Transaction
| • | If the current User does not have Accounting Administrator Rights assigned to her/him on the Security tab of the Employee Form, that User must Click the OK button, and then answer Yes to the Invalid Credentials message dialog. |

Invalid Credentials warning
| ▪ | They must then have an Employee with the Accounting Administrator Rights enter their Name and Password. |

Authorize Transaction with User and Password requirement
| ▪ | The Employee with the Accounting Administrator Rights who is authorizing this entry must Click the Authorize button. |
| • | The current User may then proceed with the Work Order entry. |
