Having Subscribers without an actual Central Station related Contract is bad for business.
The types of Central Station related Contract Types your Company offers are defined by Choosing Maintenance from the Main Menu and then Selecting the Central Station sub-menu and Clicking Contract Types.
One or more Central Station related Contract Types may be assign to each of the appropriate Subscribers through the Subscribers Form's General Menu's option called Contracts.
Subscribers may have (subscribe to) any number of Central Station related Contract Types assigned to the same Account.
Having an actual ongoing, self-renewing, Monitoring Contract, Recurring Revenue, and Service Agreement with your Subscriber is a really good idea and for several reasons:
Central Station related Contracts make you safer (legally).
Central Station related Contracts enhance the (Recurring Revenue) value of your business.
Central Station related Contracts provide stability in the minds of your Subscribers (they are less likely to drop service if they have a contract that requires a cancellation and/or notification period).
Note: In addition, Recurring Revenue, and Service Agreement contracts should also be identified, as appropriate.
To print the Subscribers with No Contract Report, from the Main Menu Select Reports and then Choose the Central Station sub-menu.
Click Subscribers with No Contract.
