The seven options on the main Service Tracking Menu, and the purpose for each, are listed below:

1.Auto Service - Automatically generate the recurring service work orders defined in Auto Service.
2.Tech Schedule - Provide a full featured Technician Scheduling System to set appointments, print daily schedules for Technicians, track their status, and view complete Subscriber and Work Order information.
3.Tech Status - Provides a Form listing each Technician which identifies that current commitment, and allows for status updates as they occur.
4.Search W.O. - A Fast Work Order Search that allows you to enter a Work Order Number and instantly view that Service Request Form.
5.Quick Work Order - Provides a simplified entry Form for creating a Work Order without leaving the Form(s) you are currently using or opening a new Subscribers Form.
6.Transfer Service - Allows you to transfer the Service History for a premises from one Subscriber's Account to another.
7.Time Sheet - Allows you to enter - and therefore account for - each Technician's Time used for each Work Order they serviced (or the time required to complete some other project).
