This Operator Efficiency Report offers a time based analysis of how many Alarm Signals were actually processed within the actual amount of time that each (or a selected) Operator was available to Process Alarms.
Unlike the Operator Activity Report which provides a list of each Alarm Signal to which an Operator had to respond, based only on a designated Date Range, or the Response Time Report which provides information based on specified dates for all the Alarm Signals that were processed, the Operator Efficiency Report provides the means to track Alarm Signal processing efficiency based on how long, on average, that an Operator takes to actually process Alarm Signals or re-processing signals that were previously placed On Hold.
For each Operator and/or Condition Code and/or Dealer included in the report, and based on the Date Range selected, the Operator Efficiency Report provides:
Total New Alarms Signals Processed.
Total Alarms Signals that were previously placed On Hold which were Completed, or replaced On Hold.
Average Time required for processing each new Alarm Signal.
Average time required for processing (Completed, or replaced On Hold) the signals previously placed On Hold.
The Operator Efficiency Report may be run for any combination of the following:
All Operators, One specific Operator, or a selected Set of Operators.
All Condition Codes, One specific Condition Code, or a selected Set of Condition Codes.
All Dealers, One specific Dealer, or a selected Set of Dealers.
