Is the People To Call contact information that was entered for each Subscriber Panel currently correct?
Call List Verification Report forms will provide an Account Information Verification Document which may be mailed to Subscribers to verify that their information entered in your files is still correct (or needs updating).
To view the Call List Verification Report, on the Main Menu Select Reports and Choose the Central Station sub-menu then Click Call List Verification.

 

Call List Verification Report tabs - There are three tabs on the Call List Verification Report dialog.
Note: Once a set of Options are Chosen for the Call List Verification Report, except for the last two, they become the new set of default Options.

These default Options may be reset at any time by simply making a different set of Choices.

Use Service Address for Mail To and Show Logo, must be Selected, if needed, each time the Call List Verification Report dialog is accessed.

Options - Initially only the Options tab is shown (until you make your Options selections and Select Print).
Report For - Indicate which Subscribers People To Call information will be listed.

All - By default, All Subscribers will be included in this report.
CSID - Click this button and then the CSID field's Ellipse to open the Select CSID dialog to print the report for a set of (one or more) specified CSIDs.
oCheck the Selected box of each CSID to be included in the report.

oClick the OK übutton to Close the Select CSID dialog.

oThe Selected Subscriber(s) CSIDs will be insert into the CSID field.

 

Dealer - Click this button, then the Dealer field's Ellipse to open the Select Dealers dialog to print the report for a set of (one or more) specified Dealer(s).
oCheck the Selected box of each Dealer to be included in the report.

Report Formatting Options:

Include contacts with no telephone numbers - Check this box to include the People To Call who have no Telephone numbers assigned, to be included in this report.
Show Passcode - Check this box to have the their Pass Code information included in this report.
By Dealer - If CSID(s) or Dealer(s) selection(s) have not been made, but want the Subscribers listed in Dealer Order, Check this box.
Show town code phone numbers - To include the Municipality's Emergency response information, Check this box.
Show Directions - To include the Directions to the Subscribers' premises, Check this box.
Note: Directions to a Subscriber's premises may be entered either in the Service Info tab on the Subscriber form or on the Central Station Data Form.

Once entered in either location, these Directions will appear in the other Directions field automatically.

Show Central Station comment - To include the Comment entered in the Central  Station Data Form, Check this box.
Use Service Address for Mail To - To use the specifically defined Service Address (if entered) in place of the Subscribers' normal Mailing/Billing Address, Check this box.
Show Logo - To have your Company's Logo printed on the Call List Verification Report, Check this box.
Print - Click the Print button HelpFilesPrintButton to Preview and optionally Print (to a File or a Printer) this Call List Verification Report.

 

Preview - The Preview tab presents the report which resulted from the Options you've selected.
Up Arrow/Down Arrow - hi - Moves the report one line up, or one line line down, respectively.
Page Up/Page Down - Moves the report to the previous or next page, respectively.

Home - HelpFilesHomeKey- Using either the screen Icon or your Keyboard's Home key, moves the report to the top of the first page.
End - HelpFilesEndKey- Using either the screen Icon or your Keyboard's End key, moves the report to the bottom of the last page.
Arrows - The arrows allow you to move back and forth, from page to page.
Number - Indicates the page number you are viewing.
You may also type in a specific page number, Press 8 Enter and that page will be displayed immediately.
If you enter an invalid page number, it will be ignored.
Fit To Page - Click the first button after the arrows to size a full page of the report to fit the screen.
Zoom To 100% - Click the second button after the arrows to display the page at 100% (of the printed view).
Fit To Page Width - Click the third button after the arrows to size the page of the report to fit the full width of the screen.
Zoom To Percentage - Click the fourth button after the arrows to re-size the page of the report by percentage.

When you Click the Zoom To Percentage button, the Percentage selector will be displayed.
You may then Click the Up  or Down arrows to set the exact amount of Zoom you want.
Print - Click the Print button to Print (to a File or a Printer) HelpFilesPrintIconthe displayed Call List Verification Report.
Email - Click the Email HelpFilesEmailButtonbutton to send this report to an Email address of your choosing.
To Exit the Preview tab and Close this Report dialog Form, Click the Close button x on the right at the top of the Preview tab.

 

Data View - This view provides a tabular (spreadsheet style) presentation of the selected data.

Arrows - Click the arrows to move through the record.
Export - Exporting the data from this Data View tab (note the "fly-over" help available on these buttons):
Export to CSV - Click the first button after the arrows to export the data to a Comma Separated Values (CSV) file format.
Export To Excel - Click the second button after the arrows to export the data to an Excel (.xls) file format.
Export To Html - Click the third button after the arrows to export the data to an HTML formatted file.
To Exit the Data View tab and Close this Report dialog Form, Click the Close button x on the right at the top of the Data View tab.
