The Service Tracking Items selection on the Maintenance Menu provides access data entry Forms, critical Start Up procedures, and procedures for daily operations.

Service Tracking Items - additional menu options

 

As time allows, and/or as need dictates, access these other Service Tracking Maintenance Items' Forms on the Service Tracking Items menu to complete Daily Operations and Periodic Procedures (see the Service Tracking Menu which also provides access to many of these Forms)
Quick Work Orders - Provides access to this simplified Work Order entry Form.
Technician Status  (F5) - Provides an immediate look at the current Status (and availability) of your Technicians.
Tech Schedule - Enables a User to quickly schedule the Technician Appointments for the day.
Time Sheet - Allows you to make Time Sheet entries for Technicians.
Transfer Service History - Allows you to transfer a Service History from one Subscriber to another.
This function is used when a current Subscriber vacates a home or business and a new Subscriber takes over this existing system.
Therefore, this Transfer Service History function preserves that system's maintenance history.
Work Order Completion/Review - Allows for the review and  proper completion and billing of Work Orders.
Purge Appointments - Allows a User to Purge (delete) - either selectively or globally - Appointment History after a month (or any selected period of time) since the Appointment's Schedule Date has passed.
