| □ | The Transfer Service History function allows you to transfer an Alarm System's Service History from one Subscriber record to another. |
| • | This Transfer Service History function is used when a Subscriber vacates a premises (home or business), and subsequently, a new Subscriber takes over that existing system. |
| • | Being able to transfer an Alarm System's Service History, means that Service History (the existing system's maintenance history) will remain with the actual premises - regardless of who the Subscriber might be. |
| • | This Transfer Service History function should always be executed whenever a new Subscriber takes over an existing system which has been previously tracked within the MKMS database. |
| □ | To Transfer Service History: on the vertical Outlook Bar menu, Select Service Tracking, and Click the Transfer Service Icon. |
