Action Plans tab - The Action Plans tab on the Central Station Data Form provides the ability to identify a specific Alarm Condition Code and an associated Action Plan which, when received at the Central Station, will not be processed by the Operator, but instead will be processed in the background (using the Action Steps defined in that designated Action Plan ) by the Micro Key Solutions Automated System Action Plans Service ("MKSASP") application.

Using the Action Plans tab:

  Central Station Data Form - Action Plans tab

 

Click Add ("+") on the Action Plans section's Menu Bar.
Alarm Code - Using the Drop-Down Selection List provided, Choose the appropriate Alarm Condition Code.
Action Plan - Using the Drop-Down Selection List provided, Choose the appropriate Automated System Action Plan.
Click Save ("ü") on the Action Plans section's Menu Bar to save this entry.
In Summary:
A Condition Code and an Automated System designated Action Plan combination - entered in the Action Plans section on the Central Station Data Form for that Subscriber - will be implemented for any and all of that Subscriber's CSIDs, when the Alarm Code + Action Plan combination is received at the Central Station.
In the same manner, a Condition Code and an Automated System designated Action Plan combination - entered in the Action Plans section of a Dealer's Central Station Data Form for the Subscriber record which represents that Alarm Dealer - will be implemented for any and all CSIDs being monitored for  that Dealer when the Alarm Code + Action Plan combination is received at the Central Station.
