• | The Receipts Form is designed for "one-Receipt-from-one-Subscriber-at-a-time" posting process. |
• | However, the Receipts Posting dialog, offers two ways to identify the source of the Receipt (by Invoice Paid or Subscriber), Posts it to the Subscriber's account, and then Allocates it to the appropriate Invoice(s) - all in one step! |

• | There is no sense in "holding checks until we have enough to record". |
• | From a security standpoint, Subscriber's payments should be recorded on the day they are received. |
• | Use either the "one at a time" posting method with the Subscribers Form's Receipts selection, or, for rapidly entering multiple Receipts, use this Receipt Posting process. |
• | The advantage of the Receipts Posting process is that the Invoices are automatically Allocated as the Receipts are posted. |
