| □ | General Ledger (New Reports) - This General Ledger Reports sub-menu option provides access to these two reports |
| 1. | Balance Sheet - The Balance Sheet dialog - which by default reports Account Balances for All Departments and All Divisions for a selected Month and Year - also provides filters for limiting the report to User specified Division's and/or Department's Account Balances - for the Company's Asset, Liability and Equity Account Balances. The Balance Sheet Account Balances may (optionally) be Grouped by Division and/or Department. |
| 2. | Income Statement - The Income Statement (Profit & Loss Report) dialog - which by default reports Account Balances for All Departments and All Divisions for a selected Month and Year - also provides filters for limiting the report to User specified Division's and/or Department's Account Balances of the Company's Sales and Expenses. |
