□ | Each month, prior to performing the Month Closing Process: |
• | These Sales Analysis related reports will provide the information you need to better understand how your business is doing. |
• | Print the Sales Analysis Report to analyze the selected month's sales. |
• | Analyze Recurring Revenues to track the expansion or contraction of those revenues by printing the available Recurring Revenue related Reports. |
• | Analyze new Sales and Service Revenue, both of which are the other sectors of your business - in addition to Recurring Revenues - that should be closely monitored. |
• | Consider printing these reports - the ones you find most useful - to a file within a folder named for that month and year. |
• | The Receipts by Sales Category Code is also a useful report to analyze. |
• | Finally, the Expiring Contracts Report is useful for establishing the list of Subscribers that need to be contacted in the next month. |
