Each month, prior to performing the Month Closing Process:
These Sales Analysis related reports will provide the information you need to better understand how your business is doing.
Print the Sales Analysis Report to analyze the selected month's sales.
Analyze Recurring Revenues to track the expansion or contraction of those revenues by printing the available Recurring Revenue related Reports.
Analyze new Sales and Service Revenue, both of which are the other sectors of your business - in addition to Recurring Revenues - that should be closely monitored.
Consider printing these reports - the ones you find most useful - to a file within a folder named for that month and year.
The Receipts by Sales Category Code is also a useful report to analyze.
Finally, the Expiring Contracts Report is useful for establishing the list of Subscribers  that need to be contacted in the next month.
