| □ | There are two Job Costing related menus available on the Subscribers Form. |
| • | Job Costing - Job Costing - Opens the Subscriber Jobs tab on the Subscribers Form. |
| • | If the current Subscriber has had one or more Jobs defined (see Version 2 of the Job Costing Form), they will be listed on this tab. |
| • | Click the Job # that you want to view and the Job Costing Form for that selected Job will be opened. |

| • | If you are just starting to use the Inventory Tracking & Job Costing System, you should use this Form only to enter and update Job Costing information. |
| • | To Start a New Job, on the Main Menu, Select the Maintenance menu and Choose Job Costing. |
| • | See Job Costing for complete information on the Job Costing process. |

| • | Legacy - Job Cost Info - Opens Version 1 of the Job Costing Info Form. |
| • | This menu selection opens the Legacy Job Costing Form. |
| • | If you're a current user of the Inventory Tracking & Job Costing System you may continue to view, and update, the information on an existing Job using this Job Costing Info Form. |
| • | You may not start a new Job in this Legacy format. |
| • | Keep in mind that this Legacy format is being phased out completely, replaced by the Version 2 format. |
