| □ | Locating Subscribers by an Invoice Number. |
| • | Sometimes the simplest features are the most useful. |
| • | Locating a Subscriber record by an Invoice number and then having the Invoice Form - displaying the Invoice Number entered - appear instantly right next to a new Subscribers Form with that Subscriber's record displayed, is one of those truly helpful features. |
Fast Invoice Search dialog
| □ | From the Accounts Receivable Menu select Subs by Inv., or |
| • | From the Main Menu, Select the File menu and Choose Accounts Receivable then Click Subscriber Search By Invoice |
| • | Enter the Invoice Number.in the Fast Invoice Search box. |
| • | Click OK. |
| • | The Subscriber Information Form, for the Account whose Invoice Number was entered, will be opened and the appropriate Invoice Form, with that Invoice Number, will be displayed on top. |
